Opening hours, prices, a café that has closed, a route that no longer runs — if you have been recently and something here is out of date, please tell us. Include the page and what you saw, and we will fix it.
Planning questions
Happy to help where we can, though we are a guide rather than a travel agency: we cannot make bookings for you, change a reservation, or contact a tour operator on your behalf.
Bookings you have already made
Anything to do with an existing booking — changes, cancellations, refunds, meeting points, vouchers — has to go to the company you booked with. For tours that is GetYourGuide’s customer service, which is open 24/7 and reachable from your booking confirmation. For hotels it is Trip.com. We have no access to your reservation.
Photos and permissions
Every photo on this site is used under a Creative Commons or public-domain licence and credited on the image credits page. If you are a photographer and something is credited incorrectly, write to us and we will correct or remove it promptly.
Working with us
We do not sell listings, rankings or sponsored posts. If you run a hotel, a restaurant or an experience in Sidi Bou Said and think we have missed something worth recommending, tell us about it anyway — we are always glad to hear about the place itself.
